Nordstrom Rack to open in Palms at Town & Country

A 34,842-square-foot Nordstrom Rack, a unit of Nordstrom department
store, will open in fall 2009 at the Palms at Town & Country, in the
400,000-square-foot, open-air retail development under construction at
8268 Mills Drive in Kendall. Nordstrom Rack sells apparel and
accessories for men, women and children at 30 to 70 percent off the
retail price. The Palms at Town & Country is owned by TIAA-CREF and
is being redeveloped by Flagler Development Group. Jones Lang LaSalle is the exclusive leasing agent for the Palms at Town & Country. TRD
