Rezoning possible for Royal Poinciana Way

The Palm Beach Town Council yesterday told the city’s Planning and Zoning

Commission it must consider new rules for building heights, density
and other property concerns for the prominent Royal Poinciana Way. The
area under consideration for zoning changes ranges from Bradley Park to
County Road and from Royal Poinciana Way to Sunrise Avenue. It does not
include the Royal Poinciana Plaza. Publix supermarket chain, Testa’s
restaurant and the Breakers hotel are all planning to rebuild or expand
in the area in the next several years.
