Transwestern’s South Florida office has been chosen as the exclusive
leasing agent for Miami Center, a Class A office building at 201 South
Biscayne Boulevard in Miami. The 34-story building, recently purchased by Sumitomo Corporation of America,
contains 782,210 square feet of rentable space and a nine-level parking
