Easton Group closes on warehouse

Doral-based commercial real estate firm the Easton Group has purchased
a 120,000-square-foot warehouse at 2900 Southwest 15th Street in
Deerfield Beach. The company bought the building from Graebel/South
Florida Movers for $9.6 million and leased it back to them. The
