Samuel & Co. adds Sawgrass shopping center to portfolio

Samuel & Co., a national real estate firm, announced last week that
it has added Sawgrass Landings, a 64,500-square-foot shopping center in
Sunrise, to its portfolio. The two-year-old property is anchored by LA
Fitness, and other tenants include Starbucks, Gamestop, Panera Bread
and Supercuts. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller in the
