Regions seeks another foreclosure

Birmingham, Ala.-based Regions Bank is foreclosing on the Enclave at
Black Point Marina, an unfinished 240-home project in southern
Miami-Dade County. The suit, filed in Miami-Dade County Court, names
Quail Hunter Trail, company principals Abraham Abaditawil and Guillermo
Carrillo, and numerous contractors. The development offered three- to five-bedrooms in
the low $300,000s, but construction was never completed on any units.
