Fairchild’s Jucandella to head realtors’ alliance

Jose Juncadella, principal and founder of Miami commercial real estate
services firm Fairchild Partners, has been named president of the
Realtors Commercial Alliance, part of the Realtor Association of
Greater Miami and the Beaches. The commercial association is dedicated
to commercial real estate interests in Miami-Dade County. Juncadella
will emphasize the importance of professional organizations as a
conduit for relationship building and keeping up with industry trends
during a down economy. Prior to founding Fairchild Partners, Juncadella
served as the leading commercial broker for Codina Realty Services. TRD
