Marlins stadium critic in Madoff mess

Auto dealer Norman Braman has lost a court case trying to block public
financing for $3 billion in Miami projects, including the Marlins
ballpark, and has also lost a good deal of money in the Bernard Madoff
scheme. Still, Braman is appealing his quest to stop the current
stadium financing plan and has filed notice in the Third District Court
of Appeal. Court briefs are due by March.
