Massive price for Martin manse

A Ranch Colony mansion in Martin County, 10 miles from the beach, is on
the market with a $15 million price tag, the highest ever for an inland
estate. Owners John F. and Sharon Chapple furnished the home lavishly
and listing agent Kathy Palmer of Waterfront Properties says the asking
price is achievable. The 20-acre site has a 10-car motor court, a small
lake and an infinity edge pool. The luxurious Ranch Colony development
has had some large sales — a 20-acre parcel on Ranch Road sold in July
for $4.5 million — and Palmer has several other $1 million-plus listings
in Ranch Colony.
