Colliers Arnold maps state strategy

Colliers Arnold Commercial Real Estate Services has expanded its
property management division, and has appointed three regional managers
to oversee its growing portfolio of more than 12 million square feet.
The Tampa-based company plans to widen its reach within the Florida
market and branch out into Jacksonville, West Palm Beach and Fort
Myers. It has longstanding operations based in Tampa, Orlando and South
Florida. Kathy Mulkern will serve as the senior regional director for
South Florida in Colliers Arnold’s joint venture with Coral
Gables-based Colliers Abood Wood-Fay. She previously served as vice
president of asset management for Orix Real Estate Capital in
Chicago.
