CB Richard Ellis buys Esperante for $67.6 million

CB Richard Ellis paid $67.6 million for the Esperante Building on
Lakeview Avenue in West Palm Beach, according to a deed filed today. In
2005, ING Clarion purchased the 246,000-square-foot Class A office
building for $104.5 million, or more than $400 per square foot.
