Chicago developer opens Miami office

Chicago-based Bridge Development Partners has opened a Miami office,
the company reported this week. The developer has developed or acquired
over 4 million square feet of industrial and office real estate in
the Chicago area
over the past eight years and has $100 million in new industrial
development in progress. The developer appointed Kevin Carroll, founder
of a Miami-based development firm, Biscayne Partners, as principal in
the Miami office. TRD
