International Sales Group agent for Mei

International Sales Group, a South Florida-based real estate consulting
firm, announced this week that it has been named the exclusive sales
and marketing agent for Mei, a 134-unit condominium developed by PMG
Florida, at 5875 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. Prices for the one-,
two- and three-bedroom units begin in the $500,000s. Common areas in
the building were designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates. Amenities
are expected to include a tea lounge, spa, yoga studio, pool and fitness facility. TRD
