Macy’s to close Palm Beach Mall store

Macy’s announced this morning that it will close its 190,000-square-foot store at the Palm Beach Mall on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard and 10 other stores around the country. The store, which opened in 1979, has 71 employees. The retailer announced this morning that its holiday sales were down over 4 percent from last year.
