CBIZ signs Boca lease

Cleveland-based professional services company CBIZ signed a 10-year
lease for 21,000 square feet at a Class A office building located at
951 Yamato Road in Boca Raton. Manager NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, which recently
reopened the renovated building, estimated the lease value at $5
million. The tenant, an account provider, employee benefits specialist,
valuation firm and property and casualty agency is consolidating its
footprint and had a prior lease in the building.
