After less than a year, Gramercy Capital Corporation CFO John Roche
is leaving the company by April 15, the company announced today. Roche
plans “to pursue other interests,” according to a press release. He assumed the CFO
position in April 2008. The company did not say who would be Roche’s successor. Gramercy has struggled in recent months. Fitch
ratings put some of its notes on a negative ratings watch in September. TRD
