Riviera Beach council to debate marina plan

The Riviera Beach community redevelopment agency will discuss Viking Developers’ proposed $500 million overhaul of the city marina tomorrow. Viking submitted the plan in September, and the agency was supposed to consider a development agreement by Thanksgiving. But because of the recession, the agency told Viking to complete a study of market conditions and financing. The city has discussed contributing $30 million to the marina overhaul.
