Terranova launches marketing program rather than offer concessions

Terranova, a South Florida commercial real estate advisory firm, has launched a program that provides marketing services to its shopping center tenants. The program is designed to help tenants who, in a difficult business climate, don’t have the money for marketing, said Karen LaFleur, Terranova’s marketing and public relations manager. Terranova provides everything from Web site design to a grand opening party, LaFleur said. Services usually range from $1,000 to $5,000 in value, LaFleur said. The services are offered in lieu of rent concessions. TRD
