Fidelity inks Miami lease

Mutual fund company Fidelity has signed a lease on 14,000 square feet
at 701 Brickell Avenue. The investment giant has offices in Miami and
Coral Gables, and plans extensive alterations to its new space before
it occupies it in May. Scott Strickland, senior vice president and
leasing director at Jones Lang LaSalle, said leasing rates range from
$46 to $50 a square foot. Fidelity took the largest available space in
the tower, which is 98 percent occupied.
