Henry Farrell, 46, a New York native whose rap sheet says he works in
real estate, was arrested for the 190th time in Boca Raton, Fla. on
Tuesday. Farrell was charged with carjacking, possession of marijuana
and possession of paraphernalia. He was first arrested in South Florida
at age 20. One of his most notorious arrests was his 163rd, which came
after he opened a tab at the Boca Raton Resort and Club under another
guest’s name and ran away when asked for identification. An Internet
search did not immediately show where Farrell worked.
