Pembroke Pines units go for more than $1.4M

Shaoul Mishal, president of Israel-based Gamla-Cedron Group, paid more than $1.4 million, all in cash, for 26 units at Pembroke Pines’ La Via Condominium. The sale works out to $55,000 per unit. Atlanta-based Apartment Realty Advisors arranged the sale. There are 250 units in the building, an apartment complex that was converted to condos in 2005. All of the other units were sold over the past three years for $230,000 each. Mishal plans to rent out the units and later sell them.
