Foram Development will top off its Brickell Financial Centre in Miami tomorrow morning. The 600,000-square-foot Class A office tower at 600 Brickell Avenue is awaiting LEED Gold pre-certification. The building includes office and retail space and a 30,000-square-foot plaza. TRD
