Palm Beach Gardens landlord sells office building

Palm Beach Gardens-based landlord Applefield Waxman has sold an office building at 324 Datura Street in downtown West Palm Beach for $8 million. The company paid $4.9 million for the 66,130-square-foot building in 2000. The buyer is Cohen Commercial Properties of New York. Applefield Waxman plans to use the sale proceeds to purchase a building in Palm Beach Gardens.
