West Palm Beach mixed-use project completed
Construction company Moss & Associates yesterday announced the completion of the Related Group’s CityPlace South Tower. The 20-story, $106-million mixed-use tower contains 380 luxury units, 40 private villas and 9,333 square feet of commercial and retail space at ground level. There is an adjoining parking garage with a 22,940-square-foot recreation deck, which includes a pool and spa.

Cupcake shop opens on Miracle Mile
Cupcakes Nouveau has opened its first retail store at 244 Miracle Mile in Miami Beach. The owners, Shayrin Badillo and Cristina Valdes, have been running the business as a catering-only enterprise for a year and a half, using a rented oven facility to bake.

Project manager promoted at Kolter Tower Division
Residential development company Kolter has promoted Ed Jahn to vice president of the Kolter Tower Division, the company announced today. Jahn was previously the senior project manager for West Palm Beach condominium Two City Plaza. Jahn will continue to supervise Two City Plaza. TRD
