Coral Springs foreclosure auction set

A foreclosure auction has been scheduled for February 24 for the 109 unsold units in Coral Springs’ Crescent Cove condominium community. Ocean Bank won an $11.8 million foreclosure judgment against owner Coral Lake 260 in Broward County Circuit Court. Coral Lake 260 paid $33.8 million for the property in July 2005 and received a $31.7 million mortgage. Coral Lake 260 is affiliated with BH Capital, which is also facing foreclosure lawsuits from Ocean Bank.
