The law firm Novak Druce and Quigg has leased 20,000 square feet at CityPlace Tower in West Palm Beach. Developers also said money manager Neuberger Berman had leased 4,000 square feet and will move from its office in Palm Beach to the 300,000 square foot office building. The tower was developed by Related Companies and Crocker Partners.
