Home prices in Miami-Dade County will continue their drop through 2010 and bottom out in early 2011, according to a report from Moody’s Economy.com. Prices in Broward County will hit bottom a bit earlier, toward the end of 2010, the report said. By the time the market bottoms out in Broward, home prices will have dropped 64.4 percent. In Palm Beach County, where the market is also expected to hit bottom in late 2010, prices will have dropped 59.2 percent.
