Commercial deal: fill up on gas stations

A portfolio of 67 gas stations owned by Davie-based General Energy is now for sale. About half the stations are now operating, and the seller is seeking $49 million. The Fort Lauderdale office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate has broken the holdings into seven smaller sub-portfolios based on the properties’ locations along distribution routes, including 15 locations in Florida, 14 in Georgia, 10 in Tennessee, three in Virginia, 10 in Minnesota and Wisconsin, seven in Ohio, and eight in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
