The Boca Raton Planning & Zoning Board has approved the placement of a bank at the Yamato Crossing plaza, preliminary to a city council vote to allow the project. It’s developer Gregory Talbott’s second trip to city development officials this year. He owns the plaza, which is anchored by a CVS Pharmacy and Panera Bread restaurant. Talbott, whose companies are facing foreclosure, presented a proposal to build a 3,320 square foot Regions Bank with four drive-through lanes — three for teller windows and one for an ATM.
