Developer proceeds with Green Cove project

Developer Lou Campanile has found several investors to fund the construction of his Magnolia Cove project, a gated, 66-unit luxury townhouse community in Green Cove Springs. Homes will range from 1,500 square feet to 2,600 square feet and be priced between $399,000 and $1 million. The community includes a clubhouse with a fitness center and social room, a putting green and boat slips. An industrial building, which Campanile crushed and used as fill for Magnolia Cove, previously stood on the site. Construction is slated to begin in June.
