Plans for Hollo Park, a temporary park slated to be built on a Brickell bayfront parcel, are now on hold. Developer Tibor Hollo had been negotiating with Miami Commissioner Marc Sarnoff to lease Hollo’s two-acre parcel at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive for $1 per year. But the license agreement for the project was withdrawn at the Miami commission’s meeting last week. Sarnoff said the project was halted because Hollo had asked for a substantial change to the project permit. But Hollo said the city’s legal department had caused the problems.
