Trump and bank sign loan agreement

Donald Trump and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas have signed an
agreement suspending litigation on the Trump International
Hotel & Tower Chicago, according to a press release. The bank and Trump have been going head to head for four months in lawsuits filed against each other over the building’s finances.
Closings and move-ins have already begun at the building, and all
units are expected to be ready for occupancy by late this spring. TRD
