Blanca hires for new firm

Tere Blanca announced she has hired Danet Linares, president of Commercial Real Estate Women-Miami, for her new firm, Blanca Commercial Real Estate, which launches in April. Linares manages leasing as a senior vice president and director of real estate services for Foram Group, the firm building Brickell Financial Centre. At her new job, Linares will be executive vice president. Blanca recently announced she would leave her position as senior managing director for Cushman & Wakefield to start her own firm, which launches April 1.
