Boca lux condo tops off

The 52-unit One Thousand Ocean ultra luxury condominium project has topped off and should be ready by the end of the year. LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels developed the $200 million project, located next to the LXR-owned Boca Raton Resort & Club’s Boca Beach Club. Units start at $2.7 million, and LXR holds contracts on the majority of the units, according to Jamie Telchin, LXR Luxury Resorts’ president of development.
