Lang Realty, a Boca Raton brokerage, has started sending homebuyers information by text message through its mobile service. In an accelerating market characterized by many all-cash deals, agent Shereen Randazza said she already has added SMS text codes to her marketing info. The firm plans a full-on marketing blitz beginning Sunday. Illustrated Properties Real Estate’s Chappy Adams said every little bit helps — Illustrated Properties will unveil a mobile service this summer.
