TotalBank files against Parkside Estates

Miami-based TotalBank has filed a foreclosure lawsuit against 21
unsold lots in a residential project, Parkside Estates of Davie.
Developer Parkside Estates Associates bought the property in 2002 for
$2.3 million followed by a $3.7 million mortgage in 2005 and then a $5.75
million mortgage in 2006. No lots at the project have been sold since
the second mortgage was granted.
