New York-based public relations firm Quinn & Company, which specializes in real estate, travel and food and wine, has filed a lawsuit against Miami-based developer Neo in New York State Supreme Court.
The suit, filed March 6, claims that Neo failed to pay Quinn & Company, which lists Neo on its Web site under “past clients,” a monthly fee of $6,500 for public relations services and asks for $28,304.60 in damages, plus interest.
Neo is the developer of Wind by Neo, a Downtown Miami condominium threatened by a foreclosure suit in December. Several tenants have also sued to get out of their contracts for units in the building. Neo is also the developer of several other Miami condos, Cima, Neo Vertika and Neo Lofts.
Neither Quinn & Company nor Neo responded to requests for comment. Quinn & Company attorney Gene Kazlow declined to discuss the suit.
