Late-night cravings will now take Palm Beach night owls off the island to West Palm Beach after April 30, when the Palm Beach Shell station and convenience store on Royal Poinciana Way will close. Station owner Pell Rogers said he couldn’t give the reasons for the closure due to a confidential settlement with the property’s owners, the Testa family. Court records indicate Rogers’ company, Atlantic Marketing, has been battling over his lease with the Testas since 2007.
