Bloomberg News talks to Jay Paul Leupp of Grubb & Ellis about the future of the commercial property market. Leupp said he isn’t sure whether commercial real estate will rebound faster than residential, but that some sectors will recover more quickly than others. The apartment market will probably rebound faster than other sectors of the commercial market, he said. He expects commercial prices to fall another 10 to 15 percent this year before stabilizing in 2010.
