Foreclosures slowing in South Florida

Foreclosure filings in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties
increased less than 1 percent last month over February 2008, according
to Default Research, which tracks pre-foreclosure listings. There were
7,467 foreclosure notifications recorded this February, up from 7,439 a
year earlier. The cities with the highest number of foreclosures in
each county are Miramar in Broward County, Miami in Miami-Dade County
and West Palm Beach in Palm Beach County.
