Miami real estate consulting firm CondoReports.com said at least 200 Miami-Dade developments have at least 20 units available, but investors interested in block sales don’t know where to find them all. County inventory is at about 40,000 units, but Adam Cappel, CondoReports president, said it’s tough to get a fix on what exactly is available because of projects still under construction.
