Mortgage servicing company Ocwen Financial Corp. will raise $60 million from private investors from a Boston investment firm, selling off a 9.6 percent stake in the company. The company already lists Boston-based Greenwood Investments and Costa Brava Partnership III as major shareholders, but did not identify the latest investor. Ocwen will also begin an $11 million share buyback program.
