A mansion and boats belonging to financial con man Bernard Madoff were seized by U.S. Marshals on Wednesday as officials look for ways to help victims of his $65 billion investment fraud. Law enforcement took over a $9.4 million, five-bedroom mansion at 410 North Lake Way in Palm Beach following a judge’s order. The 55-foot yacht, “Bull,” was seized from a Fort Lauderdale marina, and a 24-foot motor boat was taken from a storage facility in Palm City. Court documents show Madoff and his wife had up to $826 million in assets at the end of last year, including the boats.
