Property management sees local lift

Third-party property management may be a growth industry in Florida as owners farm out operation responsibilities. The local office of Madison Marquette will take over leasing assignments at shopping centers belonging to Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust, which is in talks with Miami-based Equity One. Madison Marquette will handle leasing at the Naples Towne Centre, Southbay Shopping Center in Osprey and Pelican Plaza in Sarasota.
