Marni Belkin, a former Title attorney ensared in a mortgage scam, was given four months of house arrest by U.S. District Judge Kenneth L. Ryskamp. Belkin, who used a fake loan application to sell a Lake Worth house, will not be monitored during her sentence. She can no longer practice law.
