Addison Park was strictly town, not gown, but the proximity of ready renters from Florida Atlantic University and the rise in foreclosure in the opulent Boca Raton subdivision have given its student population a boost. The townhomes, which once sold for $400,000, now rent between $975 and $1,100 a month, with all furnishings.
