Palm Beach County commissioners this morning voted to approve a land exchange with developer G.L. Homes. The developer will give the county 2.36 acres next to Samuel Friedland Park in the Acreage, and the county will give G.L. Homes 0.86 acres of county-owned land west of Boca Raton, next to the South County Regional Park and the site of a new G.L. Homes-developed community.
