Seven retailers lease Miami-area space

Seven retailers have signed leases in Miami-area shopping centers in
the last sixty days, according to a press release from commercial real
estate advisory firm Terranova Corporation, which brokered the leases.
These tenants include Patagonia Deli Market, which has taken 2,675
square feet on the Miracle Mile in Coral Gables, and Rob’s Bageland,
which has signed a lease for 2,517 square feet in the Shops at San
Marco in Delray Beach and will open a restaurant that serves homemade
meals while showing clips of popular films on large TVs. Other leases
were in Miami and Pembroke Pines. TRD
