The Delray Beach City Commission approved the Atlantic Plaza II development, the largest ever built in downtown Delray Beach, this week. The Atlantic Avenue development will contain 197 residential units, about 106,000 square feet of office space, about 132,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and underground parking. Developer CDS International Holdings and architect Derek Vander Ploeg said the development will maintain the historic look of Delray Beach.
