Boca resort sales tick up

Buyers spent $8 million on condos at One Thousand Ocean in Boca Raton, developer LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels reported. The seven-story condo is under construction next to the Boca Raton Resort & Club’s recently renovated Beach Club. Jamie Telchin, LXR’s president of development, said sales of units averaged more than $1,000 a square foot for the project, scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
